Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

We may use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight, the dimensions of the product packaging and your location. If there is no shipping cost indicated in the specific pay now/checkout process we have bundled the shipping cost in the gross sales price.  These products are considered oversized and weigh from 78 pounds to 93 pounds.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we may ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You may not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused, uninstalled condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect that can not be fixed or repaired by supplying replacement parts and/or repaired on site. You must return the unopened item within 30 days of your purchase or if deemed defective and not repairable, within 15 days of receipt of the return authorization.

1. Please email support@sinkwizard.com first to request a refund authorization.  Include your proof of purchase and the reason for the return along with your contact information.

2. Once authorized you will securely pack and ship your item to:

3. Include in your shipping package a copy of your original proof of purchase, the reason for return and contact information.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been opened, installed, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange unless their is a verified manufacturer defect that can not be fixed or repaired by supplying replacement parts and/or repaired on site.

Restocking Fee

All unopened, uninstalled items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from any refund.

Shipping Charges

We will not refund the actual shipping and handling costs that were incurred and paid from the gross sales price to ship your order.  You will be responsible for all return shipping costs incurred.
